Kids Ministries
At Waverly Cornerstone Church, we believe the legacy of the church — and even more, the legacy of the Kingdom — is carried in the hearts of our children. The same foundations that shape our adult church—strong biblical teaching, equipping the saints, and life-giving relationships—are etched into everything we do in Kids Ministry. We don’t babysit; we disciple. We teach Scripture with clarity, help children understand who Jesus Christ is, and guide them as they discover the unique purpose God has placed within them. Our desire is to create a safe, joyful, and Spirit-led environment where kids can grow in faith, build friendships, and begin walking confidently in who God has called them to be.
Life Groups
Life Groups are where the church becomes family. Acts 2:42 (NASB 1995) — “They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.” When these four practices happen together in community, something powerful forms: intimacy. In Life Groups we open the Scriptures, share real life, pray for one another, and break bread in homes — and as we do, trust grows, faith deepens, and relationships strengthen.. Life Groups are the heartbeat of our church because they create the kind of spiritual family every believer needs.
